The Citation for Citizenship is an award that honours Canadian individuals and organizations for their outstanding contributions in assisting newcomers to Canada in successfully integrating into Canadian society.

Thanks for you suggestion. I am not sure, but this will definately give CanadianDesi some more exposure and recognition we want.

The popularity of this site itself is greatest achievement. However having recognition from CIC would be a great boost.

I am surprise to see no response of this thread even after 3-4 days of posting.

You guys didn't like the idea?

Thanks reachash! Actually I was talking about CanadianDesi as an organization and not for me personally. It is the large memberbase we have has made this site so powerful.
