Dear Sir,

I have filed for PR Visa directly to New Delhi Embassy in Jul 2003.
I received the File No. in Nov 2003 but thereafter no reply.

I sent embassy my IELTS 7.0 Band score in Dec 2004 but still no letter
from thier side.

Can you tell me that when will or upto what time will i recieve response ?
Can my interview be waived with 7.0 band score ?

Quite possible for interview to be waived. As to when things will move further, it dpends on your application and how it was presented. I would not want to guess.
