When i told my company about these, they asked wht format i need, and i have no clue, if anyone of u guys have made them before, can u please give me a format , can this both be in one letter for the visitors visa to USA.

and what format.....just mention that you are currently working at abc company, on xyz job title and ur salary.

and company had granted leave for # days to attend his/her intereview with usa consulate general. And will grant leave # days or date to visit usa.

Above was just an example.....and there is no specific format for this kind of letter.
