Prabhudev ki nazar theek hai ki response Real Estate salesperson ki taraf se hi aaya tha lekin sach to yeh hai ki is response mein aisi koi bhi baat nahin thi jis se yeh ehsaas ho ki 'Real Estate wale' ne jal bhun kar inpe vaar kiya ho.

Depends on desi's apetite - some stick to just one career - while many others keep changing from telemarketeer to packer, to quality control supervisor, to accounting clerk,to waiter, to taxi driver, to cashier, to insurance broker, to real estate agent, to businessman, to consultant to..........

Plainly due to respect, I'm not responding. I've great admiration for the guys at Canadian Desi, as you guys have pooled your resources, effort and time and are doing a wonderful job.
Other than this site and the website \"British Expat\" there are no other good websites, which we can browse and get information on the real state of affairs in Canada. I would say this is the real site in which we get our questions answers, able to share of thoughts and get help from one another.
This site represented truth and did not distort or twist the truth. It should stay the same. It is important to note \"what is being said and NOT who is saying it\".
Internet is a free medium, where anybody can share his views and have the option of responding to what he wants to. I started this thread with the fond hope of communicating to the would be immigrant the reality of life in Canada through my eyes and to prepare him/her for the same. There are always exception to the rules.
What I would suggest to the Desi's participating in this site is to read the thread/previous posts properly before responding. Most of the time the answers are already there.
I feel vindicated that Chandreshji himself has provided us the various career paths a typical Canadian would take for himself in Canada. I did not see a mention like Business Manager, Profit Center Head, Managing Director(the only guy I know is Rajesh Subramanian the Head of FEDEX, and he was transferred from USA), Director Operations, Chief Financial Officer, COO and so on and so forth.
The only positive & comfortable thing I did was NOT to invest in a house. I can pack my bags at the drop of the hat and move to any location in this world at any moment. I do not worry about the mortgage company showing up on my door if I'm not able to pay the mortgage for 3 to 4 months.
I came out of hibernation after 1.5 years to share my story. I'll once again come out the day I land a Juicy USD 100,000 job in USA and share my story.
I feel like Narendra Modi now for telling the truth. Truth Will Prevail.
