It might be a part of an industrial building or a unit, I am planning to put a machining center there. The machine will be run 20 hour per week at most, in the beginning.
I can produce precision parts at an affordable rates.
It can be sublet, sublease or I will share the cost.
I am ready to pay $300-500 for it monthly.
