i think hsmp is worth a try as even though its tough to get a job, atleast you are not really subject to as much local qualification reassessment. australia too does not just take anyone.

JObs in uk are in plenty. I got so many offers but subject tyo hsmp clearnace. On the other hand , when apply for jobs in canada. NOt much reply. Occansional , people ask to fill some form to declare why you seems fit for the jobs. thast it no reply.

Hi,
I've recently got my canadian PR and am in UK on HSMP. I need to choose 1 and can't have both. I would appreciate an perspective from people who might have experience living/working in UK and Canada and help me decide.

Sucess is not an accident it is a result of hardwork with intelligence.
If I were you , and had to make an absolute choice , I would prefer HSMP - better weather and proximity to India ....... Canadian PR is something that you can always get later as well but HSMP with the way things are ...hmmm ..
I hope you are aware that you can maintain your Canadian PR by staying in Canada for 2 out of 5 years .

Hi,
I was more or less in same boat, have canadian PR and am working in ireland on work visa.I chose to remain in ireland basically because there was not a big difference in salary or work conditions, weather is better in ireland and its closer to india,i can go twice a year if I want to and with EU, irish or british passport gives more access.social benefits and conditions are quite comparable with canada, infact presently there in no property tax or water charges in ireland and college education is free for citizens..which is not the case in canada...although I beleive individual priorities and circumstances decide where you want to work and live..
