HI,

My parents are Green Card holder since dec,04. Now they wanna come to Canada and join me 'ze i am only child of them. When i gone thro' US immigration site I found From I-131 which indicates that by filling this apllication person can be travel outside of US for more than 1 year. but when i gone throu' details on this they also said that they can be denied to reenter in US too.

Can you tell me some details of Form I131???
Is is wise step to fill that form before living USA???

This may prevent my parents to goto US for renew there Green Card .

If your parents are GC holders, why worry about travel document?
I-131 travel document is not for GC holders!!
