The guy's name is Russell Peter and he is canadian(Indian)............
Have seen him once at yuk's yuk's long time back and got hold of his video recently and I sure think this will leave you crying at the end of it (In a funny way of course!)
The file I think is 52 MB so will take a while to download.

I have watched his act. Specialy the one where he narrate how seriously Indian parents take Canadian law against child spanking.
Russel's father threatens him, you call 911 and it takes 10 min for them to reach. By that time somebody is really going to get hurt badly...
