My story is same as several others as I came here 4 yrs back at the age of 19 as a student after graduating in diploma program with 1 yr of co-op and on campus job I applied for post graduating work permit with many obstacles in finding the job but eventually I did find a reputed organization to hire me for a year. Now, my post grad. Work permit expires in Aug. and my employer wants me to extend my permit. So I have to go my public services of Canada to renew my work permit. I have already applied for immigration in this Jan got my file no. and its still under process. According to my Lawyer he states that I need to have the follow documents from my employer:
- Repost the job application on HRDC website and then interview people as he receives the resumes and indicate in his summary that none of them meets the criteria as I do.
- Office documents like policy, assets etc
- Job offer from employer
Now, I don’t have any problems in getting the documents from my employer and he is also very comfortable in doing so but he is living for a long vacation until Aug. In 2 weeks and wont be here so now what the hell I am supposed to do I can interview people in his place etc. but the thing I don’t understand if I have a graduated student here got post grad. Work permit just need to extend it then why am I supposed to bug my employer to repost on job bank he is read to write a letter to CIC indicating that no one is better then me and I m already trained for the work I do. Please provide your exp. or thoughts on this
i just want to know if i go ahead and apply for HRDC for Administrative Manager wht r my chances tht i want to know and see wht others have in exp. related to HRDC
Thx
