We have to be present in Canada for 1095 days to be eligible for Canadian citizenship.
The time line from the date of application to the receipt of passport may take another 365 days.
Is there any way we could apply for citizenship after 2 - 2.5 years so that we could have our passport at the earliest?(by the end of the three year period)
Thanks,
Jack109
