A friend of mine have been there and he told me that a dealer's aucation is all about luck. If you are lucky, you can find a good deal.

What did they do, keep the car locked in the garage for 9 out of 10 years 
...or did you mean 190k kms ie. 190,000 kms. That sounds more like it for a 96 model-----------------------------------------------------------------
