There was a lot of excitement over the last two months when EB 2,3 dates moved and became current.

I know a lot of families in the US that were planning to file for adjustment of status in July, which is when applications would be accepted.

Now, it seems there is a change in policy(see link).

One lawyer is asking people affected to become part of a class action lawsuit.(See link)

Basically, people who apply will end up getting rejected. A lot of folks hopes are going to be dashed.

I do not see that happening, as people will be too concerned about negative impact.
