question 3 say visa office that will processing the file ?
wat do i have to write there i m apply for my wife and i live in hamilton and she lives in karachi so wat she suppose to write islamabad or something else

plus i wana know how many picture does she have to send me for sponsering her i was checking on net its say 3 sets of 9 recent photos wat is that suppose to mean 9 all together or 9 sets plus its sey she have to write her name and date of birth and date of picture taken on each set one so on how many pictures does she have to write those thing is she have to write name and dates on 5 pictures i dont get that part,she called the doc to get a appointment and she said to her she have to bring 7 photos, i wana know wat is a sets mean is that mean 2 pictures count as a set or somthing else cuz again she have to write name and dates on those 7 pictures too so let me know how many picture,she have to write her name and dates

i applied for my wife as well few months ago. In appnedix D medical instruction she has to fill Islamabad and that form should be should be filled by your wife when going for medical exam.
I send arround 12 pics in case if they need more but by instrutions they only required 9 and one of the picture should have her name date of Birth and picture taken date. you don't need to write info on all pics. The 7 pictures required for medical is seprate don't count them with application.

wat abt surname and given name thing problem is tatz she got naz as a last name on her id but now we married soo now she have a khan as a last name but on passport but she havnt got the passport she just applied for one its gonna take 15 days or soo but wat she suppose to write in given name and surname thing and plus u menstion that u just applied for ur wife few months ago soo any idea wat the timeline plus is she suppose to send me a negitive too for picture and same thing for medical thing too is she have to give those ppl nagative too along with 7 pictures



wat ya think is tatz easy this dayz i mean the whole process thing

well i didn't change my wife last name. bez if i change then she has to go for change all legal name on her doccuenst like ID crd passport etc. i just leave her name as it is and just change her ID card with husband name as mine. For an example her name is saida Shah, then her first name will be sadia and last name will be shah. if u alrady change her name with ur last name then first name will be sadia and last name will be khan but don't forget to fill the perivos name place on the form u have to write there sadia shah.
i don't think the doc needa negitive for the pics just ask her take 9 pic in case if he need more which i don't think he need.
well we last recieve letter from Isd embassy that they start processing our application about 1 month ago but no responce yet. hopefully we get the visa soon.

she already changed her last name in passport , soo family name will be her old 1 and given name means the name she got after married

No her family name will be the last name and given name will be the first name or if she has seconad name togeather
Example:
NAme: Saeed taroq anwaer
Family name will be anwer
Given name will be Saeed Taroq

and her old name will be wriiten under other names feild form in imm 008 form only once
