I am asked to land in canada before feb,2006. My wife is expecting is baby later january.I am required by law to inform immigrationoffice with this change.

1) How long will it takes to go through the process as my medical exam will expire on feb,12 2006. ?
2) Do i need to have a new medical exam after i register my baby.
