I do have to work from home with European company, and my wife may not be working, so important criteria is Good community, good school for Kids 10 and 3 years, Price range between 150 to170 thousands. I need to stay in Canada 4-5 years and may be move back to another country. So I might have to sell that out.

I didn’t prefer to rent for this time like have private.

180 Mississauga Valley Blvd also comes under TLKennedy school.

Check the boundary of the schools at http://www.peelschools.org" rel="nofollow">LINK and then decide.

For that price range you will get only condo's in Mississauga or Toronto or Etobicoke.
you can try something near Square 1 (which prices will appriciate soon- but may still fall under the TL Keneddy school zone). You can also try Hwy. 10-Eglington intersection.
Also see the possiblity of buying near medovale town centre.
Otherwise you can go to Brampton and buy a detached house/ semi for that price. Brampton is a good residential area.
