Hi Parth,
There are four buildings in this complex that is situated just next to GO station. These are Tridel built buildings that are all maintained well, though they all show different inside. They are very near to all public ameneties, specially desi groceries, restaurents and easy to commute to and from downtown, Square One or even Brampton (with a direct bus line).
What level of school you are looking for?
There is always a movement in the buildings in term of sale and purchase, however the things a a tad slower due to over-availability in the Condo market, specially newer ones near Square One. Nevertheless, these are good condos to put yourself on the road of ownership of your own space. Prices are very reasonable and affordable. If your kid(s) is/are small, you may even go in for a unit with 1 bedroom plus den plus solarium (some advertise to sell these units as 2 bedrooms).

While the location is very good and so are the apartments- one of the biggest reasons my friend (who used to live there) and I did not buy an apartment there was because of schools.
The High School - TL Kennedy I think the name is - is one of the most notorious schools in GTA where students have been scanned for carrying guns/or some harmful things I do not remember exactly. There is a good Catholic school there - but one of the parents has to be Catholic to get their child admission in such schools.

Hi,
Give us your criteria and i can try to locate a good location for you (also other CD members)
like school, near which subway station, go transit station, which place (etobicoke, miss., brampton, toronto), where you may find work, etc....
It is not good to fix up a place in mississauga and be working in ajax or pickering. It pays to come here, rent a place, get a job and then decide. Might take 2 to 3 months for an IT professional like you from the USA.

Sidenote : And are you aware of condo fees/ maintenance fees in a condo., and Townhouse. You are free of this if you buy a free hold townhouse, semi or detacahed. There are some terminology difference between USA and Canada.
