I came back from Canada and it was cool. No need for valid visa on passport if you have valid I94,approval notice and expired H1 visa on passport in flight also.

what date did your 1-94 show?

My approval notice and I94 are valid till July 2006.

Thats funny, so why did u say ur H1 is expired, Either your H1 was revoked or you changed jobs and your prior H1 was no longer valid

In total your question was obsolete..although it is no longer valid now
