I always surface issue with US client in pronouncing 'Z'
particulatly if you are in conference call with US folks and Canadian guys sitting in the room with you
In India I use to pronounce as "ZED" then in US changed to 'ZEE" and then In Canada back to SQUARE ONE

One distinct thing about Canadian accent that you don't find in the US is the usage of the word 'Eh'.
e.g. so you come from India, Eh?
You are going to Toronto, Eh? etc
