I am canadian PR getting married to a indian women and i need advice as to what are document required for applying her visitor visa and how do i sponsor her .

Should i do send her back to india once her visa expires

pls advice

You have to complete the appropriate forms for visitor and/or sponsorship. The application kits have the list of required documents enclosed. you may not have to send her back to India. Her application may be processed in a matter of weeks [if no interview is required].
