If a parent comes here on a visitor visa, the maximum period of stay can be 6 months i guess.
NOW what I want to know is :
If my mother comes here from India on a visitor visa, stays here in Canada for 6 months, at the end of 6 months, from here she is visiting USA, to my brother's home there, staying in USA for less than a week, applying for visitor visa to canada again back from USA. She needs to come back to Canada again for 6 months for some important reasons.
In this scenario, will she be given a visitor visa back to Canada from USA? What are the probabilities? What information does she need to have? Is this applicable?
Masood, advice immediately.
Advice and Tips from others will be appreciated too

Thanks all for your replies.
I have been in canada just for 3 months now. My wife is in her family way -The Important Reason.
NOW MY 3 QUESTIONS ARE:
1.My mother is visiting USA, my brother's palce there on a visitor visa, stays there just for a week, applying for a Visitor visa to Canada from USA, Will she be allowed to come and stay here in Canada for 6 months when applying from USA?
2. At the end of 6 months, can she go back to USA on a visitor visa from Canada?
3. If she can go back to USA, staying there for less than a week, applying for visitor visa to canada again back from USA, She needs to come back to Canada again for 6 months for assisting my wife who is about to deliver at that time - the important reason. In this scenario, will she be given a visitor visa back to Canada from USA?
What are the probabilities of her getting visitor visas in the above 3 instances, 1 in US embassy-Canada & 2 in Canadian High Commission- USA? What are the requirements? What information does she need to have?

Hi Snowfall,
I suggest that you ask your mother to get a visitor visa of Canada from India because if she is planning to apply for the visa from US then the chance of rejection is high.
If she already has a visitor visa of US she should not have any problem in getting a Canadian visitor visa from India.
