Great picture. People at my work are having a blast of a time seeing this picture since we in the auto industry are living and breathing outsourcing.

I was a little hesitant initially debating wether to submit the picture or not. I'm glad it worked out well.
Talking of outsourcing, just found out last month that TD Bank has outsourced some of it's call centre work to Bangalore. It's around 55 seats, and they say the results are better than the local Call Centres.

I beg to differ. 9 months ago my job went to India. Though I did not loose my job but was transferred to another division. After 9 months, they found the experiment did not work. The job came back to Canada and I got it back after 9 months.
Even call center jobs, I donot know how efficient Indian call centers are. I kept getting calls from Indian call center of one long-distance company almost every week for few months. Waste of time and money, as I am never going to change my long distance to this company as they told Bell without my consent to change my line over to them. The call center agents are so rude, one agent almost scolded me for not wanting to save my money on long-distance. I was so pissed of that I told him it is my money and I will throw it if I want and it is none of your business.
The other day I got call from Indian call center doing some market research. The very next day somebody else from the same company called me for my opinion. The labor may be cheap. But donot forget if you give peanuts, you get monkeys.
Outsourcing is good if they donot have client interface and all they got to do is back-office work.
