The PR status of my husband expires in July 2006.

He landed here in July 2003 and went back to India while I stayed here from 2003 and will complete the 3 yr and apply for citizenship in August 2006.

What is the procedure to retain the PR status of my husband?

The same as for everyone else. 2 out of 5 years requirement.
