yeah very balanced. Both the positive & negative points need to be covered.

What I liked was the computers shown inside the jhopdi like shop ! In India when I was running my IT services business, few of my data-entry operators were from slum areas (Kishanwadi - you would know the area, Blue Lobster). Shows the penetration of computers & also leads to improvement in quality of life for these guys.
