There is no key to happiness.... the door is always open.
Take some time out for yourself everyday. Sit or sleep alone in a room with no disturbance. Concentrate on deep breathing. If you feel necessary, you may chant some prayers (either aloud or in your mind) or put on light, relaxing music.

If you want to do something for our country, just dont support corruption or be part of it
It's true, taking some time out of the day, even just 30 mins, can work wonders to help reduce stress.
These days everyone is stressed in some form or another, and no one has the time to de-stress - unless you make it a part of your daily routine. You can cleverly incorporate an activity that will help you take the stress away. First you need to find out what calms you, it's different for everyone. For me personally, I take walks (I have a dog which forces me to take walks as he needs the exercise) but I look forward to these walks as it is the only time I am truly alone, I can concentrate on my own thoughts, or nothing at all, and I feel invigorated when I return back home. Or, I go to bed 30 mins earlier and I curl up with a great book - a fantastic way to "escape" from the stresses of real life.
Of course, animals are another way that you can help de-stress your life. There is significant research to suggest that stroking a cat, or a dog, or even watching fish swim can help to lower levels of stress. Lucky for me I have an adorable dog who loves nothing better than to cuddle on the sofa in the evenings...and that for me is the ultimate stress relief!
