The one at the intersection of derry and airport: China Garden.....good food
Another one is near intersection of Islington and Rexdale, in the strip plaza, near Rexdale groceries, name is: Fale Restaurant...try that...especially Manchurian

There is a new one on Mississauga Road, just south of Erin Mills and north of Britannia. The Ming Room. Very popular but I've only been there once. I liked the haka chow mein and the manchurian shrimp. The chili chicken was a little wet for my taste. I like the dry style.

There is a restaurant called "Salt & Pepper" in Hy10 (Somewhere near Bristol, I guess). Its in a complex. The food is not bad.

Haven't come across in Markham yet, but I did find this fantastic Indian/Chinese place called Chop Sticks at Midland and Ellesmere - next to Blockbuster Video. The owners are Chinese Indian from B'Bay. Takes a little while, but the Pakoras are worth waiting for....

Want to try good indian style chinese food , go to Fredricks it is in the North/East corner of Bellamy/Ellesmere in Scarborough.

Food is great and the best part i like is most chinese staff speak Hindi!! they are from bombay .

I tried Fredericks, it used to be very good about a couple of years back, the quality has gone down since. But Chop Sticks as I said is 'tops' right now.
