Timon, most agencies (at least the big ones) normally do 1-month contracts.
So you will have to renew the contract once.
But the one-month contract gets the best rates.
You didn't say what location you will be renting from, but I'd expect between $500 - $600 for 1 month rental, not including taxes, rental insurance, etc.
