I would appreciate if someone can tell me about the cheap xerox rates (Cheaper than 5cents/page).I have around 700 pages to copy.

There is no commerical xerox cheaper than 5 cents a page (if at all).
The only other option is to cut a deal with a desi who can xerox in his office free of charge and then charge you a resonable price. 700 pages @ 5 cents comes to $35 actual. If it is 100 pages or less then i could have xeroxed for your in my office but 700 pages is too much for my office to handle.

Unless it is by crook, no one can give commercial xerox for less than 5 cents a page. Even one piece of paper costs as much. So staples and office depot are out. You can try to make a deal with the printing shop near the corner provided the owner is not around and the printing boy has a peeve with the owner.
(Edit : Sorry for my above statement. I have now understood that there is xerox for 2 cents a page too, though i canot belive how feasible it is to them.)

Sidenote : I remember in saudi, my employer induced an Arabic-English secretary (an Indian) the offer of more salary and the status of a personal secretary (he was getting SR.2000 -Rs. 24,000 and was promised SR.3000 ~ Rs.36,000. He switched jobs (by leaving saudi to india and coming back). He then was given the telephone operator position and paid ony SR. 2500. After 3 months he was fired. so he fell at the owner's feet and agreed to stay for SR. 2,000. HE was given vacation to go to india for 1 month after being in the co. for 2 years. The telephone bill for the company only comes the next month after he uses it. So what he did was , he called india and told them to pick the telephone and keep it aside while it was an international call from saudi. He also called and spoke to all his relatives, parents, girl friend etc..He left the company never to return again. The next month Telephone bill was SR. 64000 (only for calls to India) which is around Rs. 7.25 lakhs. the company paid the bill and said that it will remove the telephone operator to another job 2 months before his departure to a home country.
