for me to hell with soft skill.... technical skill is very important

for example: you can't hire sales person for technical job - ( salesperson may have good soft skill but what is the use if he can't perform the technical part )

About interview : there are no fix question/answer
Be confident , be prepared and do some research for the company before you go -
