Has anyone used Payless Travel to book tickets to India? They have a website and prices look good (?). Any experience with them?

When i planned to go to India last year christmas, they offered the lowest rates i could find ($1350 through emirates). The next best corporate offer for the same airline ws $1575. The route was not to my preference and so settled for Air France @ 1850.
