Is It worth coming to canada for someone who is 45 years old. What are the chances of getting a job even odd job initially? Is age a criteria for getting a job? What are chances of success for someone who is of 45 years old?
Pardon me for my lack of understanding or imagination Udham......could you be more specific in what you want to convey and how is it of help to a person who is asking a genuine question which relates to his biggest worry at present I suppose?

Chandresh,Udham,
In your resume, what is REQUIRED is your past 10 years experience, nothing more. So if you don't specify the year of your obtaining your degree/CA etc. in your resume and show only 10 years exp, you will be called for the interview. Convincing the interviewer depends on your capabilities of course. At the interview, IF asked you can specify that you have 40 years experience also (I mean if someone has 40years exp) no problem, at that point it is completely dependent on your capability of convincing your employer that you are the right candidate, whatever your age might be.
