Hi,
When are you permanently coming to Canada? Whenever you plan to finally relocate to canada, you'll have to ask for a Travel Document (this is a Visa for people who have PR but do not have the PR-card) thru the embassy near you. It is advisable to apply for a card when you finally relocate in Canada.
Check the link (the same discussion) and you'll understand what I'm trying to say.
