hi kapil
from timelines given in previous posts , you should expect to recieve passport request anytime now.
but how can u confirm that cic, newdelhi recieved ur file on Aug 11. what is the way to cheak this out?

I received a letter from CIC Mississauga stating that. We have forwarded your application to the Visa Office New Delhi, India for final processing.

I checked the status online. it's says
We started processing XYZ's application on August 11, 2006.

Following is the timeline for my sponsorship application...

CPC-M received our application on 24th July, 2006
CPC-M approved my sponsorship on 31st Aug, 2006
CPC-M sent a letter on Sponsorship Approval 5th Sep, 2006
CPC-M forwarded the application to CHC-New Delhi

Guys, My wife recieved passport request on 05/septemeber and sent the passport on 06/september.

I sent my application to CPC M on 10 Aug
They recevied it on 14 Aug
They started Processing it on 25 Aug, They also approved it and sent letter to Delhi on 25th Aug. I received letter from CPC-M saying that they have sent my application to delhi.

from your experiences by what date can i expect a passport request for my wife (if there is no interview)
Also by what date can i expect her VISA to be stamped and passport returned

Also the letter that CPC-M sent me had a client number, can i use the same client number to track the application further (status of her immigration application) or do i have to use some other number?
