Can anyone suggest how to find bank jobs. I am from a commerce background.

Depending on the bank you are interested in, you can go directly to their website, which will have a 'careers' section.

If you are unsure of what banks/credit unions are in your area, go through the Yellow pages...or a similar resource and compile a list..and either contact the banks directly or go to their respective websites.

Cold calling banks to see if they are hiring (even if you have to contact individual branches) may be a good way to find out about a new opening.

Good luck. One last thing..if you are calling, write out a small "script" and keep it in front of you so that in case you suddenly go blank, you can smoothly ask your question with a minimum of awkwardness.
