I read your thread and it gave me some partial inputs.

I have a similar problem.

I'm the principal applicant in my case and my husband is dependant.

I'm afratid that when the request for passport comes he won't be in India for a period of about 6 months or so.

I have applied form NewDelhi , so obviously my request for passports will come form Delhi office, but can my hsuband get it stamped in Sweden as he will be in Sweden during that time?
