CD's,
I am giving my car to a Mechanic in my office block to change tires. He charges around $130 (all incl.) for each Tire + a $ 5 for each tire for recycling. I am changing 2 tires of my car.
Now , I donot want to spend $10 for tire disposal on top of expensive tire purchase fees.
Do CD's know any place where i can dispose the tires for free for for charge like $1 a tire? I work at Steels and Weston and live in Lakeshore and Islington. So if CD's know a place nearby to dispose for free/ cheap, then please do share with the forum

Sidenote : OTOH, I saw Craig list as saw that they are closing a tire store in Miss/Toronto. He is selling all new tires in his inventory for a heavy discount. He is selling my brand of tires for $55 a piece. (Since i already gave work for my tires , I canot buy from this guy). His phone no is : 416 4713061. Leave voice mail with size and he will get back to you. Also search Nov 23 rd. edition of CraigslistToronto.

Penny wise Wise and Pound wise Foolish

You are paying $130 for tires but reluctant to pay $5 for disposing fee.
You need to go to recycling centre of city and dispose off these there. They will charge you $2 for each tyre. Plus you will spend your gas and time.

You have a way to do it for free, if you are living in a apartment put in their garbage dump or throw on the street in the night. No one should see you doing this other wise you have to pay litter ticket that will be $40 each tyre
