Canada is a rip off (Thanks DT).
Better order snow tires from tire23(dot)com (refer to redflagdeals forum) or DT's posts. Order it to come to Buffalo / Niagra falls USA. cross the border and install it. there are some 24 hour installers in Niagra falls.
You can save a ton.
Costco is the cheapest but they do only 12 or 13 installations a day. We need to stand like a begger there.
