Is there anybody who lives near Islington/kipling Subway ? How much is the rent over there for 1 br apartment (or basement) ? How should I approach if I want to look for 1br apartment in that area ?

I'm weighing my options to see what would be the best fit.

I don't think there are apartments close to Kipling station (walkable), but there are quite a few Apts near Islington station at walkable distance.

If you search, you could get some hits regarding this specific place.

Major advantage is walkable distance to subway station and access to Mississauga transit and TTC together from this apt. On the flip side rent is about $100-150 higher.

Hi,

The place where I live is not near by the subway, but yes its a 6 minute drive from the home to the subway (Islington).

This is exactly at the intersection of DIXON rd and ISLINGTON. The building is known as BRIARCREST MANOR. Its a good clean apartment considering the other buildings in this area (especially near the DIXON-KIPPLING).

I would be moving off course in this month as I have bought my first home in CANADA in MISSISSAUGA. But my experience so far has been good.
