Driver License Transfer from US

Due to work in US (H1B), I have to stay @ 15 days/month in US and rest of days working form home at Canada. I have one Car at US for work and in Canada I am driving my wife car.

What would be the best; keep my US driver license or I have to transfer ON driver license?

y not get a new ontario license and keep us license as well..

Because most probably he will get a "graduated" (G1/G2) ON licence if he opts for the new one. If his US licence is old enough, then he will get a full G licence if he decides to exchange it.

Decide where you want to live permanently and then get that licence - either US or Ontario.

Yes if I will not apply for new license I will get G1,

only problem is insurance at my car in USA, if I transfer my license to ON from US I will have a problem with insurance for my car at US they will cancel.

Then Transfer Insurance to Canada too
