Mr.Massood ,on sat. I received a letter from chc,NewDelhi stating that as per the appeal approval I got to submit the application(IM0008)( which was also attached along with their letter) and other documents ,change in my file no.and also specified that if medical required I will be informed. But Mr.Massood as I said before I had submitted the application with all documents ,event he medical report a month to chc , New Delhi abt which nothing is been mentioned . I really don't understand why some or the other prblm arises.And its confirmed from the post that its been delivered. (My spouse had sent me the approval order of iad,canada and the application and as adviced by the counsellore he did ask me to sent )
Mr.Massood yesterday morning I have faxed a letter to chc stating that I have posted the appl. with all required documents, even the medicalreport , original and whether now have I to just again submit the appl. chc has sent me or have I to include all documents. And asked to inform me to the fax no. or mail id (both was specified). I did also fax them the appl., police cle.. ,medical...,passport copy...,etc.But there is no reply to my query.
Could u please advice me on whether I to fill the form and sent ones again or have I to wait.
How long will it take for chc to inform me reg. this?
Have I to sent the faxed letter?
Awaiting your valuable advice.
( The only difference between between the form I got from my spouse and here is that all the pages of the appl. contains the sticker with new file no. , and a seal)

Delhi is sending out new forms with new numbers for a number of cases after appeals were allowed by the IAD.
Easier to complete all the forms and submit asap. Pointless, trying to fax them and wait for ever for response.

Mr. Massood, I have always been deeply impressed by your service. Thank u for your valuable advice. As per your advice I have posted the application with all the required documents specified by the chc ones again.Since I was running abt for things I couldn't reply back.
Mr.Massood chc had mentioned in their letter if medical instruction required I will be informed. But earlier i.e the application I sent to chc as informed by my spouse a month back I had taken the medical examination and also sent that report.Now too I have attached that. I really don't understand why they are dragging so much , from three years we are in this process one prblm or the other. Even after 3yrs of our marriage to get together its so difficult. Only the ones suffering can understand.
Mr.Massood will I be told again to take up medical examination. And is it so that chc don't get all the information we sent them . The only difference in my previou application was that I had sent it with the old file no. Only know I knew abt the new no. How long again it will take.

it shouldn't take longer than 3-4 months. spouse applications are priority number one.

That is what I have also heard but its taking much more time than specified. Giving the new file no. for checking my client status .. displaying in process(processing started from 20th jan.04). Wish everything happens very soon.Thank you ones again
