Hi all,
I need your help. CIC buffalo requested me for additional documents. According to the letter, unless the documents to be submitted are original, these need to be certified as true copies. Can I have my documents notarized instead? Does certified as true copies mean notarized? I am confused. Does certified true copy mean getting it certified from the agency who sent it as true copy? The problem is they want copies of my H1B documents. Does this mean that I need to write to INS to certify the documents they sent me as true copy? Do I have to go to the INS Office and have these stamped as a true copy? Or do I just go to a notary public to have these notarized as true copy? I am very confused.
I need your advice.
Thanks
Ethan
