My sister has an H-1b VISA in US and her fiance is a Canadian PR. We are planning a wedding in US, how would it be possible for him to come in US and on which visa?
Please suggest !

thanx dimple bt wont there be a problem getting married on visitor's visa? cause the consulate specifies that one shouldn't have intention to settle in US?

After you get married, you have the option of applying for the dependent H4 status and visa. However, to enter US, you have to enter as a visitor, B.
Of course, there is a mighty chance that they would reject your visit visa application if you mention your marriage as the intention to enter US.
Ah...it is not you who is getting mariied, is it?
