me and my husband are permanent residence we are going to apply for our citizenship in april 2004. I am pregnant right now and want to go to india for delivary.Do you have any idea how i can apply for my baby's immigration and how much time will it take to proceed?

It takes about 84 days to get your baby all processed and set after the delivery. (That's how long they said on the immig site and friends of mine who had babies in india/pakistan also had the same experience). It's called "family class immigration" I think. They do it relatively fast coz you're already a landed immigrant and they like you to have yr family - esp yr kids - with you asap.

I'm expecting too. :-) When are you due?
