Can some one tell me how much time CIC takes to stamp visa on the passport and return it back.

I've sent my passport on 10th of July. Now it is more than a month but I haven't recieved it back form them.

Any one can tell correct information about (clearing of files) the present status of CHC New Delhi

Normally they take about 3 months (or within the validity of medicals) to return the passports. If you don't receive in three months or your medicals are expiring soon, write to CHC.
