My name is Nick and my age is 26. I'm student of University of North Alabama, Florence city, Alabama state and my major is BBA. i am under graduate student and studying in first semester of my course. i am on F1 status in USA and i have 5 years legal student visa. I want to get legal status for full time work or in other word i want to get work permit or PR in US before completion of my degree. I'm citizen of India. I searched about your consultancy firm online. Is there any option or law for me for settlement in USA and get legal status for work full time? And if there is any option then how your firm can help me? Please send me all detail at the given address.

This site is mostly an online portal for Canadian of Indian origin.
As far as I know, the website (or its owners) do not offer any direct immigration "consulting".
We do discuss a lot of immigration issues, and have several members who have been through the immigration process on both sides of the border.
However, we all share our personal experiences and do not offer any legal guidance, counselling or services.
We do have a Canadian immigration lawyer on this forum who offers his free help and insight to several members, but that is non-legal, non-binding help.
That said, I believe your question is more around the US immigration system - therefore, I'll move this thread to the US section.
Secondly, while on an F-1 visa, there is no direct way of applying for US Green Card.
The usual way is to complete your studies, seek a full-time permanent job under the H-1B category and have your employer file a permanent worker petition for you, which leads to a Green Card.
Technically, there is no requirement for you to continue staying in the US or get some other status for the employer to file a permanent job position for you.
However, it is fairly common to move from F-1 to H-1B and then GC.
