The girl in Pakistan made a marriage agreement ( Nikah ) with a guy in Ontario over the phone. Then she got her immigration visa, through Spouse Sponsorship, in Pakistan. But before she could come here, she changed her mind as things did not work out between the two. She appealed to court in Pakistan for annulment. Finally she got the court orders in her favor. She went to Canadian Embassy and cancelled her immigration visa.
Now she wishes to marry another guy in Ontario and he will have to sponsor her.
1. Does she need a divorce certificate to be submitted to the Canadian embassy or court order is enough?
2. If she does need, then in Pakistan where can she get the divorce certificate from?
3. Anything else that can be a problem.?

About the divorce laws and rules in Pakistan , you have to enquire those who are familiar with Pakistani law.

Your Langauge is good. Hence you are able to express and understand the leagalities associated with the Immigratin process to Canada.
When she cancelled her Immigration to Canada, did she have the annulement from the COURTS. If so, does she have the annulement papers. Can she get a DIVORCE document from the same court? If so please file the same now with the CHC there for declining the spousal sponsorship from the first aplication and request an acknowledgement from them for the receipt of the same. Also close those files at that time.
1) If it is under the purview of the couorts to issue to her a divorce certificate then, it is good to have a divorce certificate issued legally to her for her files.
Muslim Laws are different and hence the suggestion.
2) Find out from the local religious heads or through the Sheriat law offices. Others have got them from some where in Pakistan.
3)I don't think so, but if there are any hoops and hurdles, they will soon become known to you when the second spouse applies for a spousal sponsorship. You cross them one at a time. But be aware that this long distance marriages over the phone will loose its charm.
