Dear CD's,
At a company's christmas party, I was given a 10 Kg. frozen turkey.
I actually donot know what to do with it.
Can any one give a desi way of cooking it? I asked my receptionist and she told me that I need to deforst it first by keeping it outside for 3 hours, put spices in it (incl. Rosemary, Garlic, Ginger, Potatoes, Celery etc...) and then put in into a "look" bag and keep it in the oven for 5-6 hours at 300 deg. cent... Is this the way of cooking it?
if not, if some one wants it, I can deliver it to their door step too.
Please advise.
