Herbs were created, along with man, so that he or she could care for his or her body. They are natural and designed to allow the body to cure itself.

Herbs stimulate digestive system to release all its juices .......

Basil: also known as tulsi. But tulsi is different than basil of canada. grow in pot or in backyard through out the summer. Can be used as tea or in any cooking vegetable. or in salad, pizza, and tomato sauce.

Coriander: well known to everybody.

Thyme: can be used as tea, or as you like. It is very strong. Use in less quantity.

Rosemary: grow in pot or in garden. Use as a tea, or it goes with all cooked food. It goes well with potatoes and sweet potatoes if cooked in oven, sprinkle the leaves all over the potaoes and then cook.

Mint: grow in pot or garden. It goes well in bitter mellon (karela) and in yogurt. and in chutneyes and tea.

Other herbs: lavender, chammomile flowers, can be used as for relaxing teas and potpuri.

Keep adding.......

A very useful one - The Wheat grass.

Its juice is Full of Proteins. Extremely useful for all. Especially the sick,
anemic, etc.

What's more, it is also believed to be ' Anti-Cancer'. It is known as "Green
Blood".

Sow the wheat seeds in a pot. On 7th day when grass is 8" plus, cut 3/4th,
wash, extract its juice, drink.

( Will need a bit of Sun for growing, difficult in Canada but still...)

P.S. : This, when tried on my Cancer-struggling relative, worked wonders.
Even reduced the side effects of therapies. But all are advised to
obtain medical opinion before trying.
