Hiring Technical consultant for claiming R&D tax credit

Does anybody knows the genuinety of this type of contractual jobs. I have been approached by a company, which I applied to their ads. 40 mins. of telephonic interview and am almost selected. Called me for signing off the contract.

Though there is nothing to loose, thought if anybody's having any experience doing this type of contactual jobs.Any particular points to be taken into care of.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I would research the company to find out more about it and what your job role is supposed to be.
