I am using Comwave since many years. No major complain. However my friend was telling me that he used to get bill for more minutes than actual call minutes. When he was using Comwave. I have never compared so can not comment about it. Recenlty I have registered for www.dialnow.com. They are charging 2 cents Euro per minute to India, also for US and Canada long distanace it is very cheap. I can not comment about there long term performance as I have started recently. My friend is Using Stenacard which is also very cheap but beware of small desi compnies. I request all to keep posting when you find some cheaters and thanks to person who has warned others about Globe Tel.

and i m really not agree with the comments posted against it..i was using another two companies for long distance to India and these companies charged me always high prices with low and bad voice quality....
Fortunatly i watch one add on news paper about GLOBE Tel that they are offering very low rates with good voice quality to India and some free minuts as well,as i m Indian my concern was with price for India...it was 5.7... i called on the number to signup for the services...this moment i dont remember representative name this moment bkoz 3 months has passed but he guide me well and told me its access code dialing and all other necessary informations. Believe me they sent all invoices to me and there was no extra minut charges...only once i got problem that my cell fone was not working with the code dialing and i spoke to the customer support they sloved my problem in one hour and it was ready to work...
i would like to share one more good experience..i was going to sponcer my wife and i needed 3 time monthly invoices in one month and they people sent me on my E-mail address 3 times... so come on peoples Nobody can b perfectly satisfy from every companies...and this guy "beachwaterz" looking a employee of comwave just suggest to dell all others and said again and again comwave is good.it can b way of marketing of him...SO peoples beware again from those people who never mentioned their real name here...thay also can b fake..

Now, jus to let u know,,, I dont have the worlds time to sit here and market a company,,if you forgot this is a discussion board,,,and people post their personal concerns or opinions here..which is exactly the prime reason for the existence of these forums...Also,,i have no interest in marketing a company here,,i have no relation to the persons owning COMWAVE or GLOBE TEL...
let me remind you ,,In my Original message i clearly stated that it was my experience with GLOBE TEL,COMWAVE,RELIANCE, and others...i have no personal interest in any company's marketing..
Also My dear friend,,when a person speaks about something on these forums, it mainly to express their opinion, their past experience ,,,and to share it with others,,,its not about marketing....
so please be informed that when you say Globe tel has been offering you unmatched services from the past 3 months, it doesnt make me feel satisfied about their service, simply because i never received their invoices, even though i kept calling them every day from the past 2 months...not only that,,what pissed me off ( Excuse my language),,was that i saw a charge from GEOTEL on my Credit Card statement instead of GLOBE TEL..
And just to keep every one here informed that this has happened with another co-worker of mine ,,i had suggested my co-worker to sign up with GLOBE TEL, when initially i signed up with GLOBE TEL since i found their sales rep sincere and thought the service was seemingly good..Even that co-worker friend has not received any invoice since the sign up, and noticed charges on the Credit Card month after month and without getting those invoices...
So my dear friend, Mr Mohit, i have every reason to be upset with them ,,,and your opinion about them is most welcome,,however that wont change my bad experience with them and hence my opinion about them...

For your information i have collected a few toll free numbers that are provided by the reps of GLOBE TEL under different names of the company.
if you call 1-888-461-4114 they would welcome you as GLOBE TEL
if you call 1-888-584-5559 they would welcome you as GO GO TEL
if you call 1-888-926-9993 they would welcome you as TELECOM International
if you call 1-888-984-7729 they would welcome you as G-TEL
By the way...the reps who answer the call are the same set of 6 -8 reps....IF you think i am lying,,you may call them as see for yourself...
They would tell you that they dont have a website but they are soon going to launch ttheir website in about 2 -3 weeks at the same time they will claim that they have been a successful long distance service providing company since almost 6 - 8months....
Once Again, this is my personal experience and i thought i should make others aware of this happening.
I have used all services and in the long run I feel that Sears is the best.
I found out this info on Canadian Desi only.
The rate is flat $ 24.99 for 800 minutes to India ie. 3.125 cents per minute.
The catch you can only call Landlines with this and for cell phones it is 21 cents per minute.
Since most of us as CD's usually call parents or inlaws, then Sears is the best.
Alternatively I use the Reliance Call service if I need to call a cell phone as there are no monthly charges and you can recharge for even $5 at 7.9 cents per minute.
