Welcome to CD !
I used to live and study in COnnestoga college Kitchener and so can try to help you.
What course is your husband in? Is it a one year or 3 year course? Who is funding the studies? What is the status of his visa? Till how long can he be in Canada?
Next study the rules. Canada visa is a funny thing. It is more like a lottery. The key is to keep on applying again. Though you may lose money, it is a good chance to get the visa as each time a different visa officer will see the paper.
What you must do is :
1. Ask you husband to get a letter of reference from his professor.
2. He must meet the local MP and get a letter of reference.
3. You should show maximum money and intention to return back to India after your husband completes his studies and his intership. Now this can include a letter of absence from your current employer, saying that you will get your job once you return. You can also say that you will come back to take care of your parents (if you parents are govt. employee's it is even better. Document their pay / pension etc...)
Full house will also help you on technical aspects.
All the best.

Hello Murali,
Thanks for the reply.
Replying to your questions my husband is doing PG in Mobile Applications. Its a two years course. My in-laws are funding the studies. His visa status is Student visa and valid till Nov 2015.
I have showed my current job offer letter and also about my parents. My dad is a Govt employee and I have showed all possible documents of pension and pay and the entire details of my family too.
I think I have to put this letter of absence when I Re-apply.
Anyways, thank you for the reply and suggestions
Sush:
Good info..
Now since your in-laws are funding your husband's education, they must be quite well off. So since they are your inlaws, put their wealth as your wealth also. The Govt. of canada immigration is not digitized and hence there is no way that the visa officer can check and verify that your in laws are funding your husband's study. All this should be notorized.
next steps as follows :
1. Get the same documents as you submitted for your parents. That they are govt. employees and that they will have a pension and may be as a sole daughter, you will need to be with them at their old age.
2. Ask your husband to get a letter of reference from his professor, MP or MPP (same as MLA). This will be like a good conduct certificate. Some MP's can also call the Delhi visa embassy to put in a word for you. This will be dependant on the conversation of your husband with the MP.
Trust this will help.
Fullhouse sir will give you more details in this one.
Good luck and hope that you will soon come to Kitchener.
All the best.

RajCanada:
Are you sure that there are tons of Indian students at Conestoga?
When I studied there in 2009, just found a handful.
May be the 2014 situation is different.
Kindly advise and update .
